Designed to be used in staff meeting to affirm and reinforce training information for our course, AllerTrain. A lesson, a question or two for your staff to answer so you know they understood the information and a way for the staff to sign off they comprehended this information. Also you will receive a poster to print and post for the month as an additional reminder to all.
Each quarter (3 months) there will be training guides for a specific lesson in one each of the following areas:
- Food Allergies
- Celiac Disease
- Best Practices for Safety
So every quarter you get one food allergy lesson, one Celiac Disease lesson, and one best practice lesson.
