AllerTrain™ is an in-depth training course built for the food service management team. At $69, AllerTrain delivers important procedures for handling special dietary needs, including food allergies, Celiac disease and intolerances. AllerTrain™ is available in both English and Spanish.
Best practices for developing policies, current legislation and emergency protocol are also among the topics covered. Once the course and test are complete with a passing score, the student will receive a certificate of award accredited by ANSI. This class is also eligible for three (3) continuing education credits for ACF (American Culinary Federation).
AllerTrain Lite™ is a lighter version of AllerTrain, designed for managers, food service team members in the front -and-back-of-the-house. At just $19, this class offers staff the tools to properly handle and serve diners with food allergies, Celiac disease and other food intolerances as well as allergic reaction emergency response. AllerTrain™ Lite is available in English, Spanish, and Simple Chinese.
After the course and test are completed with a passing score, the student will receive a certificate of achievement accredited by ANSI and eligibility for one (1) continuing education credit for ACF (American Culinary Federation).
