“AllerTrain Lite has been a great training tool that has helped our staff serve safe food to our students with food allergies, intolerances, and celiac disease.  By training our frontline staff with the AllerTrain Lite course, we are able to provide additional allergen friendly options in our resident and retail dining locations.  Our district’s universities, students, and parents have taken notice that our staff is trained and able to assist students with special dietary needs.  I highly recommend this course to any organization looking to become more confident when serving guests with special dietary needs.”
