AllerTrain™ is an in-depth training course built for the food service management team. At $69, AllerTrain delivers important procedures for handling special dietary needs including; food allergies, celiac disease and intolerances.
Best practices for developing policies, current legislation and emergency protocol are also among the topics covered. Once the course and test are complete with a passing score, the student will receive a certificate of award accredited by ANSI. This class is also eligible for three (3) continuing education credits for ACF (American Culinary Federation).
AllerTrain Lite™ is a lighter version of AllerTrain, designed for managers, food service team members in the front -and-back-of-the-house. At just $19, this class offers staff the tools to properly handle and serve diners with food allergies, celiac disease and other food intolerances as well as allergic reaction emergency response.
After the course and test are completed with a passing score, the student will receive a certificate of achievement accredited by ANSI and eligibility for one (1) continuing education credit for ACF (American Culinary Federation).
